Sleep has always been a big part of my life. I’m the kind of person who if they don’t get a good 8hrs sleep the next day is a right off. Prioritising sleep has been a major step forward for me mentally and physically.

I love self care and am always looking after my skin. Living in Cyprus for 16 years taught me the importance of SPF and how having a good skincare routine with quality products is the best way to make sure you stay looking youthful.
